By accessing or using Skewix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skewix provides marketing data reconciliation services, including:

Multi-platform data synchronization
Automated discrepancy detection
AI-powered variance explanations
Scheduled reporting and alerts

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes:

Up to 2 platform connections
1 dataset
30-day data retention
Basic discrepancy detection

4.2 Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $29 USD. Features include:

Unlimited platform connections
Unlimited datasets
Unlimited data retention
Scheduled reconciliations
Email reports and alerts
AI-powered explanations
Priority support

4.3 Billing

Payments processed through Stripe
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
No refunds for partial months
Price changes effective next billing cycle with 30 days notice

5. Platform Connections

When connecting advertising platforms:

You must have legitimate access to the connected accounts
You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service
We act as a data processor, not a data controller
Platform tokens are encrypted and never shared

6. Data Usage and AI Training

We use your anonymized discrepancy patterns to improve our AI models. We do not:

Sell your data to third parties
Use your data to train models for other customers
Access your platform accounts without authorization

7. Service Level Agreement

We aim for 99.9% uptime. If we fall below 99% in a given month, Pro customers are eligible for a service credit equal to 10% of their monthly fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skewix is not liable for:

Decisions made based on discrepancy reports (we provide data, not financial advice)
Platform API changes that affect data accuracy
Indirect or consequential damages
Losses exceeding your monthly subscription fee

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

Violation of these terms
Fraudulent activity
Non-payment after 14 days grace period
Abuse of the service or API

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
