1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Skewix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
Skewix provides forensic ad-spend-to-revenue reconciliation and server-side conversion recovery software, including:
- Bi-directional integration across 8 supported platforms (Stripe, HubSpot CRM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Advertising)
- 1st-Party Edge Click Collector (
/api/collect/script.js) for click-ID lineage persistence - Deterministic 3-way forensic tie-outs classifying revenue variance across 5 root-cause categories
- Web Crypto SHA-256 server-side conversion write-back (Meta CAPI v19.0, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions / OCI, TikTok Events API v1.3, and LinkedIn Conversions API)
- 1-Click Campaign Pause and Daily Budget Cap guardrail mutations and CFO audit packet exports
3. Account Registration & Security
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and authorized to connect your organization's ad and revenue accounts
- Provide accurate registration and billing information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your workspace credentials and API keys
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized workspace access
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Starter Plan ($99/month or $79/month billed annually)
- Up to 3 ad & revenue connectors
- 50 forensic tie-out runs / month
- 1-Click CAPI & Offline Conversion signal recovery
- CSV & PDF CFO audit packets and 30-day forensic ledger retention
- 1 AI root-cause diagnosis & 5 Ask Skewix SQL queries per day
4.2 Growth Plan ($299/month or $239/month billed annually)
- Up to 10 ad & revenue connectors
- Unlimited 3-way forensic tie-outs
- Automated CAPI & OCI signal recovery and 1-Click Campaign Guardrails
- Slack & email materiality alerts and 180-day forensic ledger retention
- 2 AI diagnoses & 15 Ask Skewix SQL queries per day
4.3 Enterprise Plan (Custom Agreement)
- Unlimited connectors & multi-brand workspaces
- Full REST API & webhook access with custom guardrail governance
- 365-day forensic ledger retention and dedicated SLA terms
4.4 Billing & Renewals
- Payments are processed via Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
- Plan upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations can be managed at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal
5. Platform Connections, CAPI Write-Back & Campaign Guardrails
When authorizing connectors and executing write-back actions:
- You represent that you have lawful authority and required end-user consent to collect 1st-party click IDs and transmit SHA-256 hashed conversion events to Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- You acknowledge that executing 1-Click Campaign Guardrails (pausing campaigns or modifying daily budget caps) mutates live settings in your connected ad accounts.
- All platform OAuth tokens and restricted keys are encrypted at rest via AES-256-GCM and processed solely on your instruction.
6. Data Usage & AI Governance
We process your ledger data solely to provide and secure the Service. We never sell customer data, never share transaction data across tenants, and never train public foundation models on your proprietary financial ledgers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Skewix provides forensic reconciliation software and automated API execution tools, not certified public accounting or investment advice. Skewix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for third-party ad platform API outages, auction fluctuations, or losses exceeding the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
